今回、我がマイアミ・デイド大学北キャンパスに博士をお迎えできる名誉を与えて下さっ
たことに、深い感謝の意を表したいと思います。

我が校の学生並びに教職員は博士のプレゼンテーションに、言うまでも無く、聴衆の目
前で行われた実験に大変感動致しました。全聴衆の知的興奮を見事に駆り立てました。

博士と昼食会を設けられたこと、そして我々の際立った教育計画と今このキャンパスで
主導されている専門的な活動をご視察頂くことが出来たことも大変嬉しく思います。

火災科学学部の場で、消火に創生水を利用して、今後可能な研究が出来ることに博士の
探求心と関心が寄せられたことに対して我々は、一種の誇りを感じました。校内ツアー、
特に科学複合施設見学は我が校の学生及び教職員が取り組んでいる研究に対してよりよ
い理解を与えられたのではないかと思います。

特に、創生水生成器の寄贈による我がキャンパスの自然科学プログラムへの支援という
博士の友情の証に対し、我々の喜びはとても言葉だけでは言い表せません。博士の寄贈
は学生たちの理解に大いに助けになることでしょう。

公式表明と寄贈の認証式の為に、ここ数ヶ月間の間に博士が再び御来校くださるよう心
待ちにしております。

加えて、クリスティーナ・マテオ学部長が今後のお互いの素晴らしい発展のためにもE
メールで連絡をさせて頂くことと存じます。

博士の模範的な研究と開発努力に大いなるご成功をお祈り申し上げます。博士に対して
深い尊敬を持ている、我が学生並びに教職員を代表し、友情と感謝の意を込め、誠に些

Dear Dr. Fukai

I write to express my profound gratitude to you for affording Miami Dade
College-North Campus the honor of hosting you here at our institution; I
should add that our students and faculty were tremendously impressed with the
formal presentation you delivered, not to mention the experiment you performed
in their presence. You certainly impelled the intellectual interest of all who
were in attendance, in a very grand way!


I must also convey how pleased we were to have the opportunity to have lunch
with you, and to provide you with an overview of the outstanding educational
programs and special initiatives being undertaken at North Campus. We felt a
real sense of pride given your inquiry and interest regarding possible
research in which you might engage on site at our School of Fire Sciences,
with regard to the use of Sosei water in extinguishing fires. I trust that the
tour of our Campus, and particularly our Science Complex, provided you with an
in-depth understanding of the breath of research in which our students and
faculty are engaged.

Of special mention, words simply cannot describe how deeply gratified we are,
given your pledge to support North Campus’ Natural Science program through
the donation of four Sosei water treatment purifiers. Do know that your
donation will directly facilitate student learning, and we look forward to
welcoming you back in the next couple of months for a formal presentation and
acknowledgement of the donation. Additionally, Dean Cristina Mateo will be
following up with you via email regarding viable grant development
opportunities that may arise in the future.

I wish you the very best in all your exemplary research and development
endeavors, and I ask that you accept the accompanying small token of
friendship and appreciation, on behalf of the students and faculty of our
institution who hold you in the highest esteem.
